Work with us

Jobs & Training

During the redevelopment of Minerva House we will work alongside our project partners and Southwark Council to maximise outcomes for local people by embedding social value, job creation, social procurement, human rights, diversity and inclusion and health and wellbeing throughout the project.

The project will provide opportunities for local employment, apprentices, work placements and training.

Jobs will be created for local people throughout the entirety of the construction phase of the development with jobs safe-guarded for residents from the London Borough of Southwark.

All employment vacancies generated on this project will be shared with the local employment and skills delivery partner, Southwark Works.

committed to positive

Social Impact

The project recognises the social, environmental, and economic value that can be generated when buying locally and we are committed to maximising the social impact we can deliver through sustainable procurement.

We will support the growth and development of local businesses, Small Medium Enterprises (SME’s), Diverse Businesses and Social Enterprises

The project will work with local educational establishments to support curriculum enrichment, through targeted schools and employability programmes, site visits and STEM careers sessions. We will support ongoing learning and development, for those working with us or in our supply chain, and for those seeking a career within the construction industry, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed, through work placements, work experience and taster days.
